I interview Ron Laney, a Marine veteran who enlisted at 17. He served two tours in Vietnam, leaving the Marine Corps as a Staff Sergeant.
Some of the topics we discuss: Reason for enlisting and his time in Vietnam as well as what lead to him receiving a Purple Heart. His recovery and what it was like during transition out of the Marine Corps. Ron talks about going to Grad school and why he chose his career in Criminal Justice. We also talk about his accomplishments while working with the Department of Justice.
